Oh my sweet monkey noodles, she's alive.
Yes, I'm alive and well.
I have just returned from a long vacation in the Adirondacks. I climbed Mount Jo and Cascade Mountain. I now know what pine (balsam) is supposed to smell like and will never accept a substitute. I biked in the hills of the Adirondacks (Route: http://www.bikely.com/maps/bike-path/Adirondack-Ride-August-13-2008
) and loved it. I started riding on Sunday nights with an all-girl cycling group.

Oh yeah. I have a bike. A Specialized Dolce.
I changed my last name back to its original a LONG time ago.
I am having my wisdom teeth pulled next Friday. One has abscessed. I am on antibiotics that are making me queasy, but that's okay. Anything's better than an abscess.
I will be 30 in a month.
I had an aunt die of cancer at age 58. She died in Hospice. I now HATE hospices. I won't go into it here, but you're welcome to ask or post your opinion if you like. I'll respond.
I saw Radiohead in concert, and I've been to Canada twice since I wrote here last.
I saw a hockey game for the first time and liked it. Same for Major League Baseball, but that was in '07 when the Indians didn't suck.
I'm pretty damn happy. I'd love to see you (any of you) soon. I might be moving to Cleveland, I'll know more after Friday.
